Summit Partners with Eating Recovery Center
Summit Eating Disorders & Outreach is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Eating Recovery Center, a nationally recognized center for eating disorders treatment. This partnership formalizes a longstanding collaborative relationship between the two centers.
Founded in 2008, Eating Recovery Center provides comprehensive treatment for anorexia and bulimia with Denver, CO-based facilities including the Behavioral Hospital for Adults, the Behavioral Hospital for Children and Adolescents, and the Partial Hospitalization Program and Outpatient Services. Under the personal guidance and care of Drs. Kenneth Weiner, Craig Johnson, Emmett Bishop and Ovidio Bermudez, Eating Recovery Center’s integrated programs provide a full spectrum of recovery services for children, adolescents and adults.
Eating Recovery Center’s integrated eating disorders treatment programs offer:
- A full continuum of care that includes Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient services;
- A treatment philosophy rooted in the Pillars of Recovery, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family-Based Therapy and other evidence-based clinical interventions;
- Multidisciplinary treatment teams consisting of psychiatrists, internists, nurses, dietitians, primary therapists and family therapists;
- Collaboration with treating professionals and loved ones to cultivate lasting behavioral change.
